On Monday the 2nd of December, along with InternChina Chengdu, the Chamber organised a ‘China Business Briefing’ for students from Western Sydney University, Australia.
This was led by Ben Metcalf , who first came to China as an intern for BritCham in 2011 through InternChina, and now acts as an Advisor to BritChamSW China.
The briefing covered an introduction to: BritCham, Chinese History, the Rise of China, Politics, Culture and Current Affairs and was rounded off with a Q&A and some valuable advice for doing business in China with support from: our Chairman, Matt Ryan, and Paul Yeandle, InternChina’s China General Manager.
