Richard Cao, Chairman

Senior Partner, Senswins Solicitors

Richard in senior partner at Senswins Solicitors which helps international clients invest in China and Chinese investors invest overseas. He is currently helping move low carbon technologies into Chongqing and helping international service suppliers to find services instructions in Chongqing. His value to the Chamber is not his legal expertise but his very good relationship with local governments. 10 years ago, he studied law in London with sponsorship from British government and now he hopes to do anything he is able to in return for British companies and citizens.

Derrick Foong, Representative

Managing Director of Wholesale Bank Department, President of Chongqing Branch, Standard Chartered

Derrick is the West China Regional Managing Director of Enterprise and Finance Client Department and President of the Chongqing Branch at Standard Chartered. Derrick graduated from the National University of Singapore and has a wide range of experience in the Banking Industry.

Karen Kwang, Representative

Manager (Chongqing), Dragonair/Cathay Pacific

 Karen Kwan is a Manager in Chongqing for Dragonair and Cathay Pacific, overseeing both commercial and operational fronts of their business in the region. See is originally from Hong Kong, and was educated in Hong Kong, Japan, the US, and has work experiences in Hong Kong, London and Chongqing. In particular, her one-year  posting in London (2008-2009) as assistant to Cathay Pacific's GM for Europe gave her good exposure to the business environment of the UK, and how the east and west interact in the commercial field.

Linda Li, Representative

Sales Manager (Chongqing), Finnair 

Linda is the Sales Manager at Finnair in Chongqing. Finnair is the first airline to open a direct flight route from Europe to Chongqing. On behalf of Finnair, Linda Li would like to play a more active role in the Chamber and she is willing to devote her effort to help other members achieve their goals.
