Olympic Sports Day

In celebration of the London 2012 Olympics, the British Chamber of Commerce Southwest China is pleased to announce that on Friday June 22nd, we will be holding our Olympic Sports competition at Diamond Bay Ambassy Club together with the French Chamber of Commerce and the German Chamber of Commerce South and Southwest China. So, wear your track suit and bring your competitive spirit as you and your company team battle for Gold in the events of Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, and Golfing! Perfect team building and family day.

Driving Directions to Diamond Bay:

Divided into teams, individuals will have the opportunity to sign up for a maximum of two of the four events during the morning competition. Each sport will be divided up into 3-4 thirty minute rounds. Whichever teams wins the most rounds altogether will win the competition. When registering please specify what two sports you would like to compete in (Biking, Kayaking, Swimming, Golf).     
                                                                                                                                          
Participants are not limited to the 2 sports they signed up for all day. There will be plenty of time in the afternoon during "open club" time to partake in the events that you missed out during the morning and take advantage of the numerous other activities available at Diamond Bay (KTV, swimming, hiking, golf, kayaking, cycling, children's area, etc).      

分成小组，个人最 多可以报名两项比赛。每项比赛 会 有3至4个30分钟的回 合。赢得最多回合的小组将获得 整场比赛的胜利。

报名时，请 务必说明您希望参与的体育比赛 是哪两项(自行车， 游泳，皮划艇，和高尔夫球的其 中之二)。您不会 被所选择的两个项目所局限，下 午，您可以参与到所有体育项 目。包括：自行车, 游泳, 皮划艇, 高尔夫球, 爬山, KTV, 还特别设有儿童游戏区哦！

10:15am: Arrive at Diamond Bay 抵达御岭湾开始
11:00am: Sports competitions start. 项目竞赛
12:30pm-2:30pm: BBQ  户外烧烤
2:30pm: Open Club (Biking, Swimming, Kayak, Golf, Hiking, KTV, etc)  开放式活动(自行车, 游泳, 皮划艇, 高尔夫球, 爬山, KTV, etc)
4:30pm-5:30pm: Prizes and drinks 颁奖仪式以及饮品享用
