Chatham House Research project on Developing the Methodology and Piloting Low Carbon Zones in China with E3G, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and the Chinese Energy Research Institute (ERI). Includes focus on piloting low carbon development zones in China - including specific steps to promote low carbon investment, to facilitate diffusion of clean technologies and to expand carbon markets.
