Recruitment Position: Sales Manager
To promote and create sales channels in both the Adventure Park and Andaman Resort by increasing revenue through managing of existing corporate accounts and creating new business.

Summary of Responsibility The role of the Sales Manager will report to the Vice General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
‣ Consistently offers professional, engaging and
‣ Respond to customer inquiries and requests for
‣ Prospect for new business. Track all leads (lost and
turndown). Participate in group and catering lead
referral. Qualify all leads received.
‣ Develop professional and trusted relationships with
existing and new clients. Plan for and execute inside/
outside calls, site visits, sales events, receptions, etc.
‣ Develop and implement specific account marketing
plans for assigned accounts. Monitor production
‣ Set and negotiate, with direction from executive team,
all rates for special corporate/preferred corporate
accounts. Complete all aspects of Brand and Local
RFP (Request For Proposal) process.
‣ Communicate all account information to Adventure
park and hotel departments to ensure superior
execution and customer service to your clients.
