Having been held for 20 consecutive years, China Chongqing International Investment and Global Sourcing Fair (hereinafter referred to as “CCISF”) co-hosted by the Ministryof Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Chongqing Municipal People’s Government is highly recognized and acknowledged by the participants and merchants at home and abroad.

In recent years, Chongqing has played a full part as the pivot of Western China Development Strategy as well as the junction point of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Chongqing has steadily pushed forward the construction of inland open-economic highland and a paradise with picturesque sceneries, which allows
for continuous improvement of her business environment and gradual progress of her comprehensive strength of growth. Open channels including Sino-Euro (Chongqing) International Railway Transportation, Railway-sea Combined Transportation (Southbound) Through Chongqing, Guizhou, Guangxi and Singapore, Chongqing-Shanghai River-Ocean Combined Transportation, Chongqing-Shenzhen Railway-sea Transport and air cargo operate on a regular basis, making it possible that the customs clearance system of railway, road, waterway and air multimodal transportation is highly effective and easy. Emerging and greater opportunities arise for Chongqing’s opening wider to the outside world and deepening international cooperation by implementing a series of projects and related supporting policies such as the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity, China(Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, National Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area, National Service and Trade Innovative Development Pilot Zone and National Dig Data Comprehensive Pilot Zone.
