客户总监主要致力于在管理本地客户管理团队的个人销售目标的同时增加市场占有率,产生潜在客户和发展渠道伙伴。一个成功的客户总监有能力招聘、培训和留住高素质的销售人才。总监还同时负责办公室的非销售职位和办公室整体业务。该职位获得总部(上海)的资源支持。随着时间的推移,这个职位可能会发展成更广泛意义上的总经理角色。 The Accounts Director focuses on increasing market presence, lead generation, and channel partner development while managing local Account Management team with individual sales goals. A successful Accounts Director is able to recruit, train, and retain high quality sales talent. The Director is also responsible for non-Sales positions in the office and overall office operations.  This position is supported with resources from Headquarters (Shanghai).  Over time, this position may evolve into a broader General Manager role.

项目经理的工作职责主要是针对暖通空调、空气过滤、监测或节能系统等涉及室内空气质量的工程项目的规划、实施和监督。符合条件的候选人应当能够与客户经理合作,了解评估客户的需求,界定工作范围,设计解决方案,提供技术建议,如有必要还需与客户经理合作向客户展示或沟通设计理念,并协调资源以执行项目,管理和监督项目执行情况,保证项目能够按时保质完成。项目工程师的工作分为在办公室内的工作如项目设计、资料收集等,以及施工现场的工作如对现场评估和施工监督等。符合要求的候选人需要具备通暖工程或建筑工程背景,并具有管理施工团队的能力,且需对项目成功与否负责。As project manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and overall management of our indoor air quality engineering projects related to HVAC, filtration, or energy savings.  The successful candidate will work with account managers and sales engineers to assess and understand the client’s requirement and scope of work, design solutions, prepare proposal content, present or communicate concept to clients as necessary, coordinate resources to implement, and then project manage or oversee execution to ensure quality on-time delivery.

The roles is split between office based design and documentation and on site assessment and supervision. The successful candidate has a background in HVAC engineering or constructions and is confident managing installation teams and taking responsibility for the project success.

2. 负责暖通空调相关的解决方案项目,包括但不限于:

  • 设计并安装过滤和通风系统
  • 设计并安装ERV或HRV系统

3.一些行政支持工作,如制作演示文稿和方案书准备、文件翻译以及必要的文档记录等工作

4. 与外包服务供应商沟通合作

5. 与客户沟通,了解需求,解释方案,评估现场现有的系统,制定合适的解决方案

6. 与销售人员合作给出推荐解决方案以及报价

7. 评估新的技术,以便于我们给予客户更全面更专业的方案

1.Project Management

  • Site Visits to liaise with clients and vendors
  • Prepare tender docs, including technical proposal
  • Record keeping of HSE related docs
  • Prepare and maintain schedules
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Manage the communications with internal project stakeholders, vendors and clients
  • Ensure project quality, safety and deadline time
  • Arrange various parties for commissioning
  • Attend acceptance test
  • Provide training to clients
  • Prepare final documentation 

2. Lead HVAC-related solutions projects including but not limited to:

  • Design and implementation of filtration and ventilation systems
  • Design and implementation of ERV and HRV solutions

3. Some administrative duties i.e. preparation of presentations and proposals, some translation work, necessary record keeping etc.

4. Interact with outsourced service provider partners

5. Interact with clients during visits –  understand needs, explain solutions, and assess on-site systems to help create appropriate solution

6. Support sales staff proposal creation with solutions recommendation and pricing

7. Assess new technologies so we can offer clients wide range of best-in-class solutions

Experience

  • 有暖通空调、机械工程或建筑类的专业背景
  • 具备与工程管理或建筑管理相关的项目管理经验
  • 具备安全或与行业相关的专业资质认证
  • 具备监督管理现场工作的经验
  • 具备互联网知识、拥有创业公司或国际企业工作经验者优先
  • Educational background in HVAC, mechanical engineering or construction preferred
  • Experience in project management relating to engineering or construction management and onsite management
  • Possess safety or other industry related professional certificates
  • On site work in a supervisory role

工作时间Working Hours三分之一的时间在外拜访客户(本地);其余的时间在办公室;低频率不定期国内出差。

工作时间一般从09:30到18:30,但是境纯遵循灵活的项目导向工作时间。

About one-third of worktime is visiting clients locally.  Remainder of time is spent in office.  Occasionally, there may be business travel but fairly infrequently.

Working hours are typically from 0930-1830, but our company supports a flexible and project-based work schedule.
