On November 1, Airbus established a wholly-owned subsidiary -Satair(Chengdu) Co., Ltd. in Chengdu. The business scope of Satair Chengdu encompasses the purchase of pre-owned aircraft and the management and trade of used serviceable material (USM), making itself an important business line of the Airbus Lifecycle Services Centre.The establishment of this new company marks another step forward of Airbus in Chengdu, following the settlement of its Airbus Lifecycle Services Centre project and the joint venture in Chengdu.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the capital market fin-tech innovation pilot project in Chengdu. One More Supercomputing Center Settles in Chengdu 成都再添一个“超算中心” (2023-11-14)
The molecular breeding and biological supercomputing center of Sichuan Innovation Research Institute of Tianjin University was launched in Chongzhou in western Chengdu. As a high-impact key project introduced by Chongzhou, the center is a cooperation project jointly sponsored by Sichuan Innovation Research Institute of Tianjin University and frontier technology institutions including BGI Genomics and Chengdu Qitan Technology, presenting a gene breeding platform with top technology in southwestern China, to provide services in NGS resequencing, nanopore sequencing, computing, breeding and training.

Chengdu Rail Transit Operating Mileage Exceeds 600 Kilometers 成都轨交运营里程突破600公里（2023-11-29)
On November 28, the first metro line connecting Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and Tianfu International Airport, as well as the second phase of Chengdu Metro Line 19, opened for operation, reaching one air hub from the other within 30 minutes.The operating mileage of Chengdu’s rail transit network has exceeded 600 kilometers, ranking 4 in China. The total length of Line 19 exceeds 100 kilometers,replacing Shanghai Metro Line 11 as the longest subway in the country.
11月28日，首条连通双流国际机场和天府国际机场的地铁线路、成都轨道交通19号线 二期正式开通初期运营，30分钟可实现“双机场”一线直达。随着新线的开通，成都轨道交 通线网运营里程突破600公里，成都跃居国内轨道交通“第四城”。19号线的总长度超过100公里，取代上海地铁11号线成为全国最长地铁。
Chengdu Signed Contracts for over 85 Billion Yuan 名企四川行活动成都签约超850亿元 (2023-11-30)
On November 30, the Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises’ Visit to Sichuan Investment Promotion Conference and Project Cooperation Agreement Signing Ceremony was held. Chengdu signed 61 projects involving 18 key industrial chains such as electronic information, NEV, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals, with a total agreed investment of 85.03 billion yuan, ranking first in the province.
11月30日，2023 中外知名企业四川行投资推介会暨项目合作协议签署仪式在成都举行。成都签约项目61个，协议投资总额850.3亿元，签约项目金额居全省第一，涉及电子信息、新能源汽车、新材料、生物医药等18个重点产业链。
