On the 21st February 2025, the British Chamber of Commerce SW hosted its annual UK Alumni Mixer event at the InterContinental Raffles City Chongqing, which with the funny theme: All Things British! .
2025年2月21日，中国西南英国商会在重庆来福士洲际酒店成功举办了2025年度留英校友会聚会。
This is the seventh event we’ve conducted to connect UK graduates. We had over 80 UK graduates from 40 different UK Universities attended the seventh annual UK Alumni Mixer! This event provides a great opportunity for UK graduates to reconnect with old and new acquaintances and make new connections.
今年的校友会已是英商会在西南地区举办的第七届校友会聚会，超过80名来自40所英国大学的校友们参加了本次留英校友会聚会。聚会为校友们提供了相互介绍和交流的机会。
This UK Alumni Mixer was graciously hosted by Sam Pu, the GeneralManager of the British Chamber of Commerce South west China, the Deputy Consul General at British Consulate in Chongqing – Tim Standbrook was in attendance to deliver a welcome speech with his warmest wishes. The sponsor of this event, Jennie & Partners Global, also gave a brief introduction.
本次校友会活动由中国西南英国商会总经理Sam Pu主持, 活动开始由英国驻重庆总领事馆副总领事施博荣先生进行了简短的致辞表达了对校友会群体的美好祝愿，本次活动赞助方优客海外也进行了简短的介绍。
Subsequently, everyone had the opportunity to acquaint themselves well by identifying the participant who best embodied the British style that evening and by connecting with their own alumni. They engaged in lively conversations, shared life stories, took photographs together, and each person had the chance to interact and forge new connections.
随后，大家通过寻找当晚最具英国风格的参与者以及自己的校友相互有了一个很好的认识，一起谈天说地，分享生活，以及拍照，每个人都有机会相互交流，建立新的联系。
