Celebrating the Life of Robert Burns
A Burns Night Supper is an annual celebratory tribute to the life, works and spirit of the great Scottish poet, Robert Burns (1759-1796).
Celebrated on, or about, the Bard’s birthday, January 25th, Burns Suppers includes the “Piping” of the haggis, the drinking of Scotch whisky, and the recital of works by, about, and in the spirit of the Bard.

In support of IWD, AustCham West China and the British Chamber of Commerce/CBBC welcome Professor Emma Johnston to talk about one of the world’s most biologically diverse harbours and the personal rewards and challenges of being a coastal scientist.
As the Inaugural Director of the multi-disciplinary, cross-sector Sydney Harbour Research Program, Professor Emma Johnston launched the World Harbour Project in 2014 with city partners around the globe. The Project aims to build resilient urban ports and harbours through globally integrated research and management.
