On Thursday, July 18th, the British Chamber of Commerce Southwest China successfully held the Annual General Meeting 2024 at The Temple House
Joe White, the outgoing Chairman at BritCham SW gave a welcoming speech and briefly introduced the chamber’s activities and business environment from 2023 to 2024 at the meeting. Mavis Yang, Managing Director at BritCham SW hosted the meeting, gave big thanks to all the Executive Committee from 2023-2024, then reviewed all the events organized by BritChamSW in 2023-2024.
Matt Ryan, the Treasurer of BritCham SW, followed with the finance report speech of BritChamSW from 2023 – 2024 and historically. Raj Maan (Trade Consul) then delivered his speech to support this meeting on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade at the British Consulate General in Chongqing.
Follow that, the 2024-2025 Executive Committee was announced:

Following the AGM we hosted the 2024 Summer Drinks at our member hotel, The Temple House Chengdu – Jing Bar, this event connected all of our members and friends, experienced relaxed summer drinks together.
